• During a five year period, managed 600+ wholesale accounts across Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, and the Maritimes— serving as the primary logistics and sales point of contact for every wholesale partner, with proven year-over-year territory growth.
• Helped curate the product matrix by partnering with suppliers to launch new products through co-branded marketing materials, custom collaborations, staff training, and in-store merchandising guides tailored to each account's market and customer base.
• Wrote weekly sales newsletters, product update emails, product copy, blog posts, and educational content in English and French for the full partner network.
• Led weekly cross-functional Zoom syncs with the head office sales team; co-planned national trade events and attended US trade shows as a brand representative to strengthen relationships with international suppliers.
• In-person visits to each city in my region were paramount to building relationships. In an era of Zoom calls, this was a key part of my account management style when I could travel. In Montreal, I was a regular at every wholesale partner I could reach, but when I couldn’t, I supported them by phone, text, and, of course, email.
• Hosted Instagram Live videos with some of the most renowned figures in the coffee world during the lockdowns, covered community events on social media, and hosted live/YouTube product demos.
• Used Shopify, CRMs, and logistics platforms to track orders, build monthly reports, and manage campaign timelines across multiple simultaneous projects.

Eight Ounce Coffee

Supported the launch of the Fellow Ode Brew Grinder across editorial, e-commerce, email, and social media, combining product storytelling with manufacturer coordination and staff training.

Product Coordination: Participated in pre-launch calls with Fellow's founder and engineering team in San Francisco to coordinate launch details, resolve outstanding questions, and address potential issues ahead of release.

Editorial & E-commerce: Wrote a long-form blog feature exploring the grinder's design, influences, and technical capabilities, alongside product description copy on the wholesale and retail site highlighting its features and value proposition.

Email & Social: Developed promotional copy for launch communications across email and social media, maintaining consistent product messaging across channels.

Staff Training: Trained team members to operate the grinder, building product knowledge and preparing staff to demonstrate its features and assist customers.

Impact: Contributed to a coordinated, multi-channel launch connecting manufacturer collaboration, product marketing, and staff education, driving impressive sales in the first month.

Eight Ounce Coffee · Packaging & Project Management

Managed the French-language packaging localization of the entire Chemex product line for the Canadian market over an 18-month period, coordinating stakeholders to support compliance with Quebec's French-language requirements.

Project Management: Coordinated the translation process with language specialists, serving as the intermediary between Chemex's U.S. team and Eight Ounce's head office in Calgary.

Localization & Compliance: Helped ensure French-language packaging requirements were addressed across the product line as Quebec's language regulations became an increasingly important consideration for businesses.

Scope: Oversaw the packaging translation project across the Chemex product line for the Canadian market, aligning manufacturer, distributor, and translation stakeholders.
